How do bottle returns work?
All bottles are customer-owned. The evening before pickup, we remind you to place your bottles in your designated pickup area. We pick them up, wash and refill them at Pure Water of Mountain View, then bring those same bottles back full, usually the same day or next day.
Is there a contract?
Yes. The delivery agreement and recurring billing authorization are accepted at checkout.
When is payment collected?
Payment is collected at checkout when you set up your initial delivery. Your water, delivery, and any bottle purchases are shown before you pay. We will be in touch to confirm your delivery.
Can I manage my deliveries online?
Yes. Your Use Pure Water customer account lets you view upcoming deliveries and order history, manage your recurring bottle plan and payment method, and make supported delivery changes such as rescheduling or skipping a delivery.
